Planning applications in projects like basements, major developments and increasingly minor developments in town centre locations are approved by local authorities with some conditions. This also apply to complex structural projects such as building into a slope or in sensitive locations (e.g. operating plants, public buildings repair during their occupancy, bridge repairs).
Planners are required by law and planning guidance to ensure the construction process follow required guidance to ensure safety, risk management and reduction of noise, dust and inconvenience.

We prepare Construction Method Statements that show the safe and practical sequence of project execution. This is usually done through the preparation of a set of diagrams which are in most cases based on extensive discussions with the contractor.
